Registration

1. Must be a Ugandan by Nationality and genetically born
2. Must NOT be married, never been married or have any
3. Shall have attained the age of 18 years and not older than 29 years on or before the participation
4. MUST be a person who has good communication skills and enjoy talking to other people;
5. MUST be a person of good character, possess charm, poise and personality and be fit and healthy;
6. MUST be a person who wants to be an International
7. MUST have a strong commitment in the pursuit of
8. MUST have a strong desire to represent your country or region and be an ambassador overseas as well as at National and International events.
9. Good moral
10. Has not engaged in obscene photo-shoots, including Lingerie or nude
11. Has not engaged in prostitution or any form thereof Has not participated in any obscene or X-rated exhibitions, whether print, stage, television or movies, Has not worked as a Model, Hostess or any similar capacity in establishments generally reputed to be “girlie”
12. Has not been convicted of any
13. Must have minimum height of 5 feet and 7 inches.
14. Must be of good moral character and should not have posed nude for any Adult magazine, photos must not be found nude in the internet on undesirable web
15. Must be able to express herself in English in addition to native
16. Must have no visible tattoos or extra body
17. Must be able to afford to participate both in time and resources

Note: Miss Tourism Uganda reserves all the rights of cancelling any contestant or applicant who does not meet the standards, terms and conditions of Miss Tourism Uganda before the Regionals or after.

MTU will be charge for registration.

Note:

2. Miss Tourism Uganda has a right to use your photos for marketing and branding purposes.

Miss popularity winner will move automatically to Top 3 in regions (on the discretion of the regional head) and Top 5 at national. This doesn’t guarantee winning the title Crown.

All contestants by participating in the Miss Tourism pageant whether at regional or National have accepted to comply with the rules and regulations that the national office will provide and May adjust (on the discretion of the directors) this includes but not limited to the following:

1. The decision of the judges is final and non contestable
2. MTU can chose to remove contestant if the contestant proves unfit or not compliant to MTU values and rules
3. A person who applies to participate in the Miss Tourism Uganda pageant thereby accepts to abide by the policies and practices prescribed by national and regional management, respectively.

It is clarified that management retains the discretion to change and update the said policies and practices time to time.

Notwithstanding that Miss Tourism Uganda national pageant management determined that the winner of Miss Popularity at national level may advance to the Top 5 of the national pageant finale; Ms Tourism regional pageant management retains the discretion to determine whether the winner of Miss Popularity at regional level may advance to the Top 5 or the Top 3 of the regional pageant finale.
